<p>It means your phone does not connect to the Blink wifi, please try the following steps:</p>
<p>>long press the reset button about 15s, reconnect and keep connecting to the Blink wifi.</p>
<p>>Click the gear icon---Network Information----Find the WIFI near the device to connect</p>
<p>>After connecting successfully, the device will be online, and you also can control it remotely.</p>

<p><b>Why can't I watch the recorded video on my computer？</b></p>
<p>The recorded video format is H.264, you need to use the converter to convert it. </p>

<p><b>How long does my SD card can record?</b></p>
<p>If your camera is running Full Time recording, 32G SD card can record about 4 days. </p>
<p>If the SD card is no space for new video, it will delete the oldest video to save the newest.</p>
