Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In case you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately before your order item enters the processing stage.
We carry out strict quality control and proper packaging before shipments. We promise that most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note that a few orders require 1-5 business days depending on stock availability. For orders including more than one item, the processing time shall be based on the one with the longest processing time.
We have broad partnerships with major international shipping companies to offer customers different shipping methods. Please choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. The shipping time is normally within one week. Please note that shipping times could be affected during public holidays. We will try our best to improve transportation issues except for force majeure factors. By the way, the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time required to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time.
With regards to tracking numbers, it takes a few days to update that on the tracking website. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. It is highly recommended to purchase shipping insurance during the checkout for peace of mind when waiting for the package.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
Item not received:
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Kindly note that Lizvie packages are shipped from different warehouses. Our items are shipped duty unpaid. Therefore, import taxes may occur depending on your country’s Customs Policy and shipping methods. And please kindly note that your assistance in the customs clearance process is needed.
