Return Refund Policy
Please Read Our Return & Refund Policy Carefully:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All items that are on sale are non-refundable. This includes items with free shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

With photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Repair, Replacement & Refund Policy
We make every effort to ensure that we carry a good range of products unique designed to meet your every need.
This policy has been established to give you the comfort of knowing that, subject to the conditions set out below, if any product you purchase from Lizvie is found to be defective, or it does not meet your needs, we will happily repair or replace the product, or offer you a refund.
This Policy provides you with benefits in addition to the rights you have at law, because your satisfaction is very important to us.
Cameras will be repaired or replaced for a period of 12 months from original invoice date. This warranty covers component and manufacturing defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage or misadventures.Product failure due to power surge or power spike will not be covered under warranty.
What is our Refund Policy?
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us or the product is faulty, you can return that product to us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily refund the original purchase price of that product provided the product and packaging is in its original condition and is re-saleable. If it is a change of mind and is outside of the 14 day period we will offer a refund but with a 20% re-stocking fee.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty product from us, return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will inspect the product and if we agree that the product is faulty and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use, we will, with your agreement, replace the product with an identical product.
If we are unable to provide you with an identical product, we will, with your agreement, refund the purchase price. If however, you return the product more than 14 days after purchase or you do not agree to the replacement or refund referred to immediately above, we will need to make a more thorough assessment of the nature of the fault before we can determine how to help you.
Change of Mind Policy
Bought something and simply changed your mind? You have 14 days to return your purchase for a refund, as long as the product is in an unused and resalable condition.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with included accessories. Change of mind returns must be unopened with the seals intact.
