Troubleshooting

MP3 is not being detected by computer via USB connection

Below steps for resolution

1. Long press power button of MP3 for power off;

2. Connecting MP3 to computer via USB cable;

3. When the charging icon shows, long press power button of MP3 for power on.

Then MP3 will be detected by computer as a storage.

Bluetooth 4.2 Wireless connection
